Tom Evola, Winery Host

Tom joined the Amizetta team in Winter 2023 as a full-time winery host and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience. While spending the last 50 years running heavy equipment in Sonoma, he also is the proud grower of 2 acres of Zinfandel originally planted in 1890. When not in his vineyard or selling his grapes to boutique producers in Napa, he is writing and recording his own music. He even has his own CD of recordings (funky cool music – some about wine, some not. It’s a great jam session!). He loves figuring out food and wine pairings, watching Young Frankenstein and was the proud Left Tackle in 1975 of the Clayton Valley Chaparral’s – who ended the season 12 - 0 and #1 in the nation.
