HOW DO I CUSTOMIZE MY ALLOCATION?
As of 2020, members can now customize their allocation online through their account. To access your account, please click here.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE WINES/SHIPMENTS?
As an active Amizetta member, you are set to receive two allocations twice a year. One allocation is in the spring; the second allocation is in the fall. We will always notify members via email, about a month in advance, to let members know which wines will be allocated, when your card will charged, and when your wines will ship.
CAN I CHANGE MY MEMBERSHIP LEVEL?
If you are interested in upgrading your membership, decreasing the number of bottles you receive, or placing your club membership on hold, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. Someone will be available to assist you Monday – Saturday.
I DON'T WANT ANY OF "X" WINE, CAN I REPLACE IT WITH "Y" WINE?
Of course! Membership allocations are completely customizable. However, wines available with which to customize are dependent upon inventory.
HOW MUCH IS AN AVERAGE ALLOCATION?
Before tax and freight, a Case Membership allocation averages $500 per allocation; a Reserve Membership allocation averages $750 per allocation; a Hennessey Hills Society Membership allocation averages $1500 per allocation. All of these quotes exclude tax and shipping.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY WINES?
Shipping cost for our members is dependent on weight and state of delivery. The price breaks are in increments of 6. For more details on exact pricing, please feel free to contact the winery at (707) 963-1460. Hennessey Hills Society Members receive complimentary freight.
IS THERE A FEE TO JOIN THE MEMBERSHIP?
It is complimentary to join any of our membership levels. You simply pay for the wines in the allocations
DO I RECEIVE COMPLIMENTARY TASTINGS?
As an active Amizetta club member, each level is allocated a certain number of complimentary tastings per calendar year. Case members are allocated four (4) complimentary tastings per year. Reserve members receive eight (8) complimentary tastings per year. Hennessey Hills Society members receive twelve (12) complimentary tastings per year.
HOW CAN I PUT MY MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD?

DO I RECEIVE DISCOUNTS ON WINE?
Active Amizetta club members receive discounts on all Amizetta current release wine purchases. Case members receive a 10% discount, Reserve members receive a 20% discount, and Hennessey Hills Society members receive a 20% discount with complimentary freight.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL LAW DISCLOSURE:
All of Amizetta’s Wine Club membership offerings are subscription programs that automatically renew unless and until you cancel your membership or your membership is terminated pursuant to the Amizetta terms and conditions of use.
By signing up as a member, you are agreeing to the automatic renewal of your membership and having your credit card automatically charged two times per year prior to each shipment for the amount charged per shipment plus any applicable taxes and any applicable shipping charges.
CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP:
In order to cancel your subscription, you can either:

- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org;
- Submit a termination request online through the following link
We must receive your notice of cancellation at least one week prior to the next shipment for it to be effective prior to that shipment.
We will send you a confirmation email with the automatic renewal disclosure and cancellation information to the email address you provide us. Please make sure to keep a copy for your records.

DO I RECEIVE DISCOUNTED RATES AT AMIZETTA HOSPITALITY HOMES?
