100% Cabernet Sauvignon

A true pure 100% Cabernet Sauvignon made from our steep, rocky terraced hillside vineyards. We produce less than 2 tons of fruit per acre. The wine has a strong aromatic character of blackberries and blueberries with a hint of sweet vanilla from the French oak. The mouth feel on our 2014 vintage is very smooth and masculine. This wine is aged in French oak barrels with 60% new French oak, for 18 months.
