Created and aged sur lie, this Sauvingon Blanc spent 7 months in a mixture of 20% new oak, 30% neutral oak and 50% stainless steel. With notes of aprocot and orange blossom leading to a palete of lemon curd, soft minerality and grapefruit, this wine will disappear before you know it!
